Traveled to Cancun ~ Mexico
Karis went above and beyond, and not just on booking my travel bundle. I have used other TA’s in the past and their involvement usually ended once the vacation was booked, but not Karis. She was on top of everything when we missed our connecting flight making sure the airline got us vouchers and hotel accommodations. When the airline lost our luggage she stayed up until nearly midnight tracking them down to ensure they would at least be at our destination when we arrived. Once we made it to our resort I messaged her about some issues I had with our room and she promptly alerted the resort, I had someone knocking on my door 2 hours later to rectify all the issues. Once we made it home she helped me file the claim for our travel delay, lost luggage, and travel interruption. I will definitely be using Karis as my TA for all future travel adventures!!

Appreciation post for our amazing incredible travel advisor Karis Joyce Shaffer at Karismatic Adventures #mykarismaticadventures. This was the first time Dillon and I have ever traveled out of the country and our first time flying together, being responsible for our selves. Karis was there for us every step of the way! She was able to answer every question asap and never made me feel silly or like a huge bother! When we had big bumps in the road she was on top of it! She also gifted us these beautiful tumblers to use on our trip! Because not only does she do vacations but she also makes beautiful things at Karismatic Creations Who does that!?!?! Please please please go like, follow, and message her for any of your vacation planning, beautiful things needing, etc!! So wonderfully blessed to have her guidance on our first trip out of the United States!!!! And when I say 1st- we were super newbies lol embarrassingly so!!
